A NXT star is moving to Monday Night Raw.
During the April 29 episode of WWE Raw, 'The Mad Dragon' himself, Ilja Dragunov, was selected by Monday Night Raw in the fourth round of night two of the 2024 WWE Draft. Dragunov was the first NXT selection of the night.

This selection comes just days after Dragunov lost the NXT Championship to Trick Williams on the April 23 edition of WWE NXT. This title change ended Dragunov's 206 day reign with the belt.
Throughout his 5+ year stint in NXT/NXT UK, Dragunov also held the NXT United Kingdom Championship for 319 days. 'The Mad Dragon' won that title after ending Gunther's 870 day reign with the belt.
